Grŵp Llandrillo Menai has appointed Anglesey-based OBR Construction to carry out the refurbishment of its new business support centre at Parc Menai near Bangor. The circa £750k project will see the renovation of the Llwyn Brain building, which has stood empty for the last two years, into a purpose-built facility for the Grŵp s Busnes@LlandrilloMenai function. The centre will feature modern facilities to support professional programmes, specialist work-based training and apprenticeships, as well as the latest technological equipment to meet the growing demand for virtual learning. It will also house some of the Grŵp’s Corporate Services staff such as Finance and Human Resources.
