The next stage in the revival of Sydney’s once-unloved southern city precinct has moved step closer with the appointment of architect Candalepas Associates to design a new $700 million-plus skyscraper on the doorstep of the Atlassian-anchored tech hub.
Property developer, Hailiang Property Group (HPG Australia) has been given the green light to build 356 apartments next to Sydney Park in the inner west at Alexandria.
