Health officials said most of the 19 new cases were infected by family members, and one caught the disease at the Central Shrimp Market, which has been closed after people working there were found to be infected. Three of the new cases are children aged 1, 6, and 10 years. The six-year-old boy, patient No.255, was infected by his father in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district; the year-old girl, patient No.262, caught the disease from her mother in Maharat district; and the10-year-old girl, patient No 266, was infected by her aunt in Maharat district.
