You saw it on trade. They brought down a rule, almost an unheard of tactic on the house floor which was a rebuff of his leadership. Hes going to have to contend with this fraction of the Republican Caucus that wants to see spending cut. They want to see sequestration caps in place. They want to see steps to reduce the deficit.
