A Portage la Prairie RCMP officer was conducting traffic enforcement on Highway #1 just west of Portage la Prairie when a blue Hyundai approached at a high rate of speed.

Storage locker break-in
Sometime overnight on March 22nd, 2021, a storage trailer in a business lot was broken into at the west end of Saskatchewan Avenue West.
The culprits cut a lock off the door to gain entry. The suspects made off with several items from within the storage trailer.
