The Central Minnesota Youth Orchestra is continuing to bring professional artists into local schools, this time virtually. The orchestra organization is committed to providing a music residency for students every two to three years. The orchestra leaders bring in a professional ensemble to tour in the schools, perform for area students and offer time for students to interact with the musicians, have their questions answered, learn about instruments and how the performers got their start.
