Dior receives approval for fashion show in Kallimarmaro on June 17

A few days ago, French fashion brand Dior received approval to photograph a collection in Acropolis, Sounio and other archeological sites.
The fashion show of Dior will finally take place in Kallimarmaro, also known as Panathenaic Stadium, as the Central Council of Modern Monuments (KSNM) gave the “green light” for the event “Dior Celebrates Greece”.
The members of KSNM also gave approval for the granting of a license to photograph and film, as well as to live broadcast the event on the official website of the French house Dior.

Greece on Friday gave a “green light” to the temporary concession of the Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro) for Dior’s fashion event on June 17.
The stadium, where the first modern Olympic games were held in 1896, is a multi-purpose facility in the city’s center. It is the only stadium in the world built entirely of marble.
