and help harry reid or do they pull back and vote republican? we don t know yet. democrats are enthused but you want independents, right? exactly. this is the center right country. people who do not support a far left agenda won t be encouraged by harry reid. they have to localize it, make it about their state and their district. if they want to win. conceptually people don t realize that the same people who voted for obama are the same people who are voted for bush and same people who voted for clinton, the swing is where you win the election. and you got to go for that. so to create rhetoric is going to help. let s talk about another topic. it s about speaker pelosi. can she hold on to her job? we don t work for you anymore, nancy pelosi! you re fired! sarah palin isn t the only
awful lot to be proud of. the move act is a jump forward from where we were 10 years ago. it was the first of the great leaps. there was a time when states weren t required to provide absentee ballots for people overseas. the move act takes us a much greater step forward and actually provides for electronic delivery of ballots and electronic request of ballots and right now, all the ballots are out so looking across the country, there are there are portions of states that have not been able to comply on time. ballots are out and looking at the whole scope of things, the level of compliance is pretty impressive. problem is if you re a service personnel member living in new york originally and you re overseas, your ballot won t officially count until november 24th. that s way past when people will be on tv telling people who won. i would be infuriated if i were stationed overseas which i was to hear a state official saying we are impressive with what we re doing with the move act.
goes back down to 60, europe collapses. all of them are trying it. in one hour from now, george osborne in britain will detail how he s going to balance the budget with massive cuts. on defense. if sarkozy retreats, they ll retreat all over europe and there s chaos. you say america is totally different from france but not really in the sense of government jobs. france has more government jobs right now but america is trending that way. well, you re asking me will americans american people respond in the same way that the french people have responded to government service cuts? i m saying it is highly unlikely that we ll see the same response. america is a different country. america is a capitalists society. europe is not. and so everyone is starting to trend away from the socialist society because it s not working. spain, france and in greece. sure. if sarkozy retreats, they all retreat. leaning forward, stuart
look, there s no doubt that a negotiated end to any war is difficult. no one wants to be the last soldier killed in the war. everybody wants to fight for victory. that s why i keep saying what this administration needs to do is to stand up and define victory. one to find the enemy. radical islam. number two, victory is a government in kabul that represents its people, respects human rights, can protect itself from its own internal and external enhis and the enemies are on either side of the country and finally is a friend of the west. i asked david petraeus, general petraeus is that an acceptable combination of victory? he said yes. this administration has to fine that for those fighting this war. thank you so much for joining us, lieutenant colonel and he mentioned david petraeus. geraldo spoke with general petraeus in afghanistan and he ll be joining us live at 8:15 eastern time to reveal what the general said to him. exclusively. yep. always great to see you.
