Updated: 8:11 AM CST Feb 12, 2021 WVTM 13 Digital UPDATE: The Jefferson County Sheriff s Office says a 16-year-old and 15-year-old were shot in Center Point Wednesday night.The sheriff s office shared this update on Thursday: At approximately 8:00 PM on February 11, 2021, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the intersections of 6th Street NW and 15th Court NW, in response to a call that a 16 year old juvenile had been shot. Shortly after their arrival at the scene, Deputies were informed that a second juvenile was being treated at St. Vincent’s East for a gunshot wound. The second juvenile was discovered to be 15 years old. It was reported that the shooting had also occurred on the Northwest side of Centerpoint.
