ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – A local Ithaca business is looking for artists and cooking instructors who’d like to teach a class in their expanded location.
15 Steps located in Center Ithaca is celebrating its 40
th anniversary this year.
Its new classroom, formerly occupied by the Community Arts Partnership, will host classes ranging from glass fusing to cake decorating.
The business hopes this will offer the community a broader experience when they come downtown.

ITHACA, NY âThe Nutcrackerâ is one of, if not the single most, performed ballets in the modern era. But the Ithaca Ballet made it work using an innovative combination of local sets, stage performance and green screens.
It would have been easy for the school to just throw up a camera on a tripod in the State Theatre while the dancers performed on stage, but they really went the extra mile to make this yearâs âThe Nutcracker,â called âCyber Nuts,â feel like its own entity.
