Interest me, but in particular interest is a Development Lot 337 beside pier 48 with the eight acre of open space, parks, and infrastructure. I think we can all a greetgrape that this city can do a much better job utilizing the port department. The port has serious unfunded Capital Needs that must be addressed for the continued safe enjoyment of the waterfront. It is great to see this project privately funded by a developer. I know personally what it is like to invest a lot of money and wait 7 to 10 years and hope that my investment does not get wiped out by a recession.
