That means the Lower Court Rulings will go into effect declaring the bans in those states unconstitutional. But wait, theres more. Now those Lower Court Rulings, the appeals Court Rulings become the law of those three federal circuits. The tenth circuit out west, the Fourth Circuit in the south, and in the midwest. It become the law of the circuit. All the states in those circuits, the law is that whether the court ruled or not. Bans on samesex marriage are unconstitutional. So soon this wont happen in the blink of an eye.
