It was loud and tense at times, but we did not see any violence. Demonstrators were given orders to disperse, but many chose to stay in place. Protesters near the corners of peoples park started tipping over planters. Some throwing trash cans into the street. Police forced a shut down the streets surrounding the university for a time. Custody in jail after pleading not guilty in court today. Surveillance video of the attack on tuesday afternoon, posted to nextdoor is shocking. The victim walks into the kansas food market in potrero hill. Moments later, another woman enters and begins hitting the victim from behind with a bag containing a bottle of jack daniels whiskey.
