They were right there were it happened and one guy was there crying and they may have been friends and it was their coworkers. After the maryland shooting the suspect drove to wilmington and shot a man in the head. That happened at 28th street auto sales and service at northeast boulevard. In napa county, hundreds of fire victims face a choice today clean up their own property or sign up for the governmentsponsored cleanup. The deadline to submit forms allowing government crews on their private properties is tomorrow, november 9th. A couple of days ago we sent out over 400 hard packets in the mail to those people that we had not heard from. There are its a moving target right now. Reporter napa county is moving from phase one of clean up, removing Hazardous Waste, to phase 2, hauling away ash and debris. The county has set up a Recovery Center at the county administration building, a one stop shop to help fire victims through the process. Whatever it is, demolition, building permits, et cetera.
