it is saturday, ju 23rd. good morning, everyone. i m randi kaye. we are glad you are with us. we begin with the late night decision of jerry sandusky. the jury came back after 21 hours of deliberations. the former penn state coach was immediately handcuffed and led away as you can see here. here is some of the reaction starting with the attorney for two of the victims in the case. the very first calls i made this evening were to clients that i represent that did testify in the trial. they were greatly relieved. almost in disbelief, i think. one of them said thank god he s in jail. the other ones expressed sentiments that it was a long time coming. both of them feel very, very good tonight. jerry sandusky never considered it. he maintained his innocence. that s important for everyone to understand. for better, for worse, none of us were there when these things happened. he maintained he was innocent. they were on the courthouse steps retrying the case. the case was large
