They spoke with the complainant, carolyn mattingly. We took the report and left. Reporter that was at 1 15. And then after that they got a car of a car off the road and found the body of andrew racca and a handgun and then they got another call, this time a fire at the home. Thats when investigators called her husband and started piecing together what happened. They learned through carolyn mattinglys husband that he was at work and there was a dispute at work involving an employee there, andrew racca. Reporter Richa Mattingly is compreh exe Vice President o the foundation where racca worked. Racca had been accused of theft at the workplace. Reporter police say the investigation is ongoing. It appears after being confronted at work by richard mattingly, racca went to mattinglys home. Things were trying out is experiments on the ground and one is a Pilot Program. Were hoping to do at Mission School sestill in the planning stages but hopefully by this summer we will have internships and Credit Recovery. We found in the past students in this program didnt have the time to be in a job or internship so were working with employers, sf made and linkedin and other Tech Companies to have internships just for them so they can go to that and in the morning go to the Credit Recovery and a connection between the two and see if what helps them the next year and more successful and likely to graw. Hopefully we will do that for 30 young people and something we tried last year that again was successful and this year is Neighborhood Job fairs. We have young people from the neighborhood apply for a Small Business in the neighborhood and we make matches we did it in sunset and bay view and hopefully do to them this year and a great tool that we have supervisors involved. And the story of the day, if youre just getting from work is is that around about 2 00 this afternoon, the university of baltimore, maryland let its staff and students know they were concerned there may be violence in the area and they should go home. That was the first indication that we have that something may be up. Later on at least two high schools emptied out, and the students went to the nearby shopping Shopping Mall thats a big one. There they were met by police in riot gear and the situation deteriorated rapidly.
