Say drivers are always speeding and its dangerous. The crash happened around 3 15 on 98th avenue on cherry. We get live coverage at the Oakland Police department. A witness saw this unfold. Thats right. The witness was shake and by what she saw. She did not realize the hit and run had crashed into a person. It was a somber scene at elm hurst united middle school.
