New York In all honesty, I didn t fully believe in diversity, equity and inclusion work before coming into my service year. Throughout my time at university, I didn t think about the demographics of the university s student body or staff. New York February can be one of the most hectic months of the year when working in anti-racism and equity, specifically under the mission and culture branch. It not only contains Black History Month and Lunar New Year, but at Good Shepherd Services in New York City, we celebrate #justLOVE Day.
