All she knows about Toby s temper is the time that he attacked Felix. But that s all she knows Toby is capable of. She knows he can lose his temper, but losing his temper with his dad was understandable after everything that had happened. Martine doesn t think she was in that much danger. She thinks it was just Toby acting out and being childish. That s how she sees it, so she wasn t afraid for her life.
