SOUTH PARIS – Celebration Barn, Maine’s international center for physical theater training, creation and performance, has been awarded multiple grants, propelling the organization into a vibrant 2021 season.
The Onion Foundation recently awarded the nonprofit $15,000 for general operating support and an additional $7,500 for addressing new and changing needs resulting from the pandemic.
In March, Celebration Barn was also recognized with a $6,000 Partnership Grant from the Maine Arts Commission, an independent agency supported by the National Endowment for the Arts. These awards provide some of the support necessary for Celebration Barn to host outdoor live performances and classes this season.
