Have your say on future role of Celebrate Norfolk
The team behind ecumenical Christian charity Celebrate Norwich & Norfolk wants to hear your thoughts about its future role. The team that has run a decade of successful Celebrate Norfolk showcase events at the Forum and Millennium Plain in Norwich is now looking to the future after Covid-19 and wants to hear your views. Chair of trustees, Keith Morris, said: “We want to take the time to hear from supporters, exhibitors, churches and individuals as to our future direction. “What sorts of events or initiatives would you like Celebrate to be involved in or help run alongside Christians from different churches. Concerts, family fun days or an exhibition maybe?
What is the greatest thing you have received from God?
If I ask you what the greatest thing you have received from God is, what would you say, asks Robert Hodd from the Good News Stand which regularly appears at Celebrate Norfolk and the Royal Norfolk Show. Perhaps a family member or a friend who is dear to you. For some it will be a healing. Maybe it is a house, a car, a great holiday. Or is it that you can’t think of anything? Celebrate chair of trustees, Keith Morris, said; “Over the last decade, Celebrate Norfolk has showcased the different expressions of the local Christian community and positively communicating its activities, events, vision and unity. “We did not want the Covid-19 restrictions to prevent us doing this once again this year. We were very keen to continue to bring the diverse local Christian community together in unity and give them a platform on which to show what they are doing. “The online exhibition will run for a whole year, not just one day in June, so exhibitors will also be able to reach a much bigger audience that they might have otherwise.”
