A 29-year-old male suspect was arrested after multiple law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant at a Litchfield residence Thursday morning. The man was transported to Hennepin County Jail pending formal charges.
Gerardo Cory Lopez, 48, was sentenced to 128 months of prison after entering an Alford guilty plea to one count of first-degree drug possession. Lopez was the subject of a CEE-VI investigation.
Chief Jim Felt said the two juvenile suspects were arrested on suspicion of assault and in custody at the Prairie Lakes Detention Center with pending charges including first-degree assault.
The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office said four juveniles now have pending charges after $7,000 worth of product was reported stolen from a hemp business in New London on July 18.
A 56-year-old parolee was arrested and is in the Meeker County Jail after CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force agents assisted the Minnesota Department of Corrections with a home visit in Litchfield Friday.
