A new construction twin home in the Grand Arbor Village neighborhood in southern Sioux Falls sold for $984,000, topping home sales rankings for the week of April 19.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 7510 S. Grand Arbor Court offers 4,272 square feet. The house was built by Amdaul Construction Company and includes a wet bar in the basement.
