Police say officers attempted to box in a motorist in a stolen car; the motorist tried to ram his way out and drove straight toward an officer, who shot him.
Cecil Pulliam, 25, and Lajuan Lamarr Jefferson Jr.,20, have been charged in connection to a police-involved shooting at Big Beaver and Rochester in Troy.
