CEBU CITY – The municipality of Tuburan, Cebu on Saturday, Sept. 17, planted at least 11,000 bamboo seedlings to mark World Bamboo Day on Sunday, Sept. 18.
Hundreds joined the activity, led by Mayor Aljun Diamante and his brother Danilo, vice mayor, which was held simultaneously along with a coast
