Russian military equipping new positions in Donbas - Ukraine at OSCE

Russian armed formations continue to carry out engineering work in the occupied Donbas to construct new and upgrade existing positions, which is a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement reached on July 22, 2020.
According to an Ukrinform correspondent, the schemes of engineering work carried out by Russian-backed forces were presented at a meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation in February.
On February 4, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces recorded engineering work being carried out by Russian armed formations to construct their positions near the Donetsk airport s radar station.
