You will report to the Emergency Response Program Coordinator (ERPC) in Bagasola and manage the Log/Admin Officer. Since October 2005, soldiers have been deserting in their droves and many are from Deby’s own Zaghawa ethnic group, reflecting weakening tribal solidarity around Deby.
