The PHP88.3-million project funded under the quick response fund is upgrading a 110-meter road damaged by Typhoon Odette last December 2021 and Tropical Storm Agaton last April. "Odette damaged the airport terminal while Agaton caused massive soil erosion on the access roads and runway," said DPWH Southern district engineering office chief Manolo Rojas.
