The Supreme Court on Tuesday (October 3) refused to entertain a petition seeking directions to be issued to Delhi State Advisory Board for Animal Welfare to ensure that no cattle markets are held in.
“After some arguments, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition as he wants to file a review petition before the High Court. That is something for him to do. Dismissed as withdrawn,” the SC bench also comprising, Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia, said in its order.
