You can now live in a house that was once owned by a country radio legend.
Bob Kingsley, who passed away in 2019, lived on this 141-acre ranch in Weatherford, Texas for over 25 years with his wife, Nan. Now, the family has decided to sell the iconic property outside of Fort Worth, known as The Bluestem Ranch. The property listed over the holidays at an asking price of $8.2 million.
According to the listing, courtesy of WilliamsTrew Real Estate, the main home has 3 bedrooms and (almost) 3 1/2 bathrooms at just over 10,000 square feet. It features a banquet hall, two offices, a climate-controlled wine room and a home gym. We d also assume that there was a home recording studio set up, so that Kingsley could record his weekly Country Top 40 shows.
