Seneca police say they arrested 19yearold leroy morris after they were called to ghs on tuesday. Were told the baby who was just injuries including a broken collarbone. And fractured eye socket. The Mother Told Police that morris was taking care of the child the night before. Seneca police say morris admitted that he became frustrated with the childs crying and started shaking her before throwing her. They say he also admitted to hurting the baby while Drinking Alcohol and using drugs on christmas eve. Eve. The baby is now in critical condition. Morris is charged with unlawful conduct towards a child.
