Cathleen Jane Mottern (Keiser), 43 years old, passed away peacefully at The Gatehouse Hospice Unit, on April 14, 2021. Cathy was surrounded in love and prayers from all of those who loved her. Born in Williamsport, on May 28, 1977 to Ronald Lamont Keiser and Sherry Ann Keiser (Davis). After the passing of her father, Cathy had the great privilege of having the opportunity to be raised by Edward Boniface Popiolek Jr. (Poppy Ed), after he married her mother, Sherry. Edward gently led Cathy by the hand through life, guiding her and caring for her with unimaginable patience, love and grace.
