The wind is very active out of the northwest so it does feel like it is below zero in both boston and worcester. Feeling as cold as 11 below right now in orange. You definitely need to bundle up this morning. Look at the wind chills throughout the Morning Hours. Through 8 00 this morning, those wind chills are going to be running sub zero. So that is making it feel like it is below zero. Wind chills running as cold as 12, 13 below out in Worcester County. It feels like its below zero on the north shore.
