Local 4-H member inducted into the 2021 Louisiana 4-H Hall of Fame
Charnel Bailey, Vernon Parish 4-H member, was inducted into the 2021 4-H Hall of Fame.
Mr. Bailey did not know he was nominated to become a 2021 4-H inductee but when he received the email he was more than elated to be able to be honored for his love for 4-H.
For Bailey his love for 4-H runs deeper than his family background in agriculture and his love for it currently, it comes from family, the quality of life agriculture brings and his love for agriculture.
Bailey grew up around 4-H, having older sisters in 4-H as well as a father who showed cattle.
