Liam insisted that the secret about their affair was killing him, and he ranted about how Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) was staying in the main house and how it would be a reminder of what they did.
Steffy said that there was no problem unless Liam made it a problem. Liam paced and ranted, saying that he felt overwhelming guilt and that he didn’t know how he could have been so stupid.
Steffy then said that they weren’t really lying to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), which caused Liam to explode.
