Sexual assault lasted for two years
Jose Rosendo Marquez, a 50-year-old and an illegal immigrant from North Carolina, was charged with 19 counts of first-degree statutory sexual offense after his arrest by the Iredell County Sheriff s Office, according to a report in Breitbart.
The report said that the police officer started their investigation about Marquez after a minor told the investigators that they had been sexually assaulted a couple of times by the illegal immigrant since August 2017.
