A FIRE was found burning on a Weymouth beach the morning after a party–destroying a recently bought £500 bin in the process. The fire was discovered at Castle Cove Beach at by a group of sea swimmers out for a morning swim on Saturday, December 12. There was also glass and litter found at the scene. The new bin had only been purchased in recent weeks and cost the Friends of Castle Cove Beach Charity close to £500. When the fire was discovered in the morning, the bin was destroyed on top of a number of logs.
