Wendy Parcell doesn’t just make ice cream sundaes. The mother of four’s concoctions might be better described as over-the-top works of art complete with the cherry on top.
The creations are the concept behind Parcell’s new ice cream shop, Melt Ice Cream Bar, which is anticipated to open its doors on May 14 at 140 S. Main St. in Phillipsburg. The site previously housed Castillo Place, in which its brick-and-mortar site had American and Latin American snacks and dishes. The eatery’s website states the business has since gone virtual only.
