battle of the network stars or something. and the president, nancy, has been on a bit of a twitter tear about this. i want to read what eugene robinson wrote today. he said, it s hard to take omarosa s word for anything but, lordy, she has tapes. and they offer vivid proof that donald trump s white house is part clown show, part nest of vipers. we heard omarosa say if it s in quotes in her book, she has a tape or e-mail. how nervous are the people in the white house about this? i feel like they weren t nervous last week. there was a lot of eye rolling over omarosa s book coming out. i think once they realized she had the tapes, they started to take things more seriously. omarosa has really been going one for one with the president in terms of trying to dominate the news cycle. you know, they re sort of out manning each other. he called her a dog on twitter. she released a tape. i feel like what has caught the white house a bit unaware is they are basically entering into
endurance that, in fact, i don t depending on who comes next, i think we can restore that. it s important to remember that 44 years ago this month, a lot of people, as richard nixon went to san clemente, thought we would never have that kind of respect for the white house again. president ford very quickly restored that. what everyone thinks about carter and reagan and bush, you did have a pretty quick restoration of that respect. i hope that continues again. but the president is making this as difficult as possible. john mechem, much appreciated. in the next hour, omarosa will join us live for a one-on-one interview to discuss the campaign s call for legal action and the potential she might release more secret
