PLATTSBURGH — Plattsburgh Lowe’s handed out hundreds of buckets and cleaning supplies Monday to aid those who were impacted by the recent string of floodings locally.
Recovery efforts continued throughout the state on Saturday as thousands gathered in Montpelier ranging from the greater central Vermont area to Ohio and the rest of the country.
