live from america s news headquarters in washington d.c., i m gillian turner. new clashes breaking out this hour between palestinians and israeli troops in the west bank. the protesters were rallying in support of a 16-year-old girl, arrested by israel for allegedly backing soldiers. demonstrators throwing stones at troops who, in turn, responded by unleashing tear gas. and a delta 4 rocket blasting off from van denberg air force base carrying with it a spy satellite into outer space. the satellite is owned by the national reconnaissance office. it was originally supposed to launch wednesday, but high winds and technical problems caused this delay. i m gillian turner, i will see you at the top of the hour for america s news headquarters with mike emanuel. now, back to cashin in.
