Adriano) LAOAG CITY - Amid the rising oil prices, the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) in Ilocos Norte will be distributing cash cards worth PHP3,000 to eligible fisherfolk-beneficiaries in the province.
