Murrayville man facing sexual assault charges Journal-Courier FacebookTwitterEmail A Murrayville man remained in the Morgan County jail Friday after his arrest earlier this week on criminal sexual assault charges. Casey J. Kline, 45, of 105 E. Superior St., Murrayville, was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of criminal sexual assault and two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. The latter charges are Class X felonies, which are the most severe class of felony except for first-degree murder. A conviction on a Class X felony is punishable by six to 30 years in prison with the possibility of probation. The first predatory sexual assault charge dates back to July 2017 and the second to November 2019, according to State’s Attorney Gray Noll. The criminal sexual assault charge involves an incident reported Monday.
