Shooting a Security Guard at the Family Research council in august. He is now the first person ever to be charged with committing an act of terrorism in d. C. 28yearold Floyd Lee Corkins has been indicted under the districts antiterrorism act passed in 2002. Authorities say he shot an unarmed guard at the Family Research Councils Office on g street in northwest. Corkins has been in custody ever since. His next Court Appearance is set for friday.
