Philip A. Holmes MUNCY – A New York State man was brought back here late Friday morning to face charges of allegedly molesting a teenage boy on several occasions in the borough in the summer of 2019, according to borough Detective Raymond O. Kontz III. Casey Lewis Guyer, 36, of Little Falls, was brought before District Judge Jon E. Kemp and arraigned on a total of 25 felony or misdemeanor counts. Kontz has charged Guyer with two counts each of rape and aggravated indecent assault, three counts of statutory sexual assault, four counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent exposure and corrupting the morals of a minor, five counts of indecent assault and one count of sexual assault.
