Every two minutes, a water main break happens somewhere in the United States. Over 46,000 bridges are considered structurally deficient.
How much do these cost drivers? Thatâs costing the average motorists in the country $1,000 per year because of bad road conditions, Casey Dinges, an adviser with the American Society of Civil Engineers, said.
