Beau Baden doesn’t consider himself a fast-moving person, at least when it comes to his new brewery. After purchasing an old candy factory on Allentown’s eastern edge in 2017, he figured he could be patient and take a couple years to get it up and running, to make sure everything was done right.
However, it took longer than Baden and his partner, Casey DeCeia, expected to get financing in place. Then, of course, there was a global pandemic, which certainly sidelined some things. All of a sudden, two years became three and a half years. But finally, the doors are ready to open.
