Dorothy ‘Dottie’ Kilpatric
WILMINGTON Dorothy “Dottie” Kilpatric, 77, entered heaven Friday, Dec. 25 2020, with courage, dignity and grace the way she lived her life. She embraced her God, with whom she loved with all her heart.
Dottie was born to the late Robert and Doris Walsak. She graduated from New Hanover High School and was co-chair of the Class of 61 Reunion committees.
At her side for 32 years was the love of her life, her husband, Grant, who supported her life’s work in the real estate business and was by her side as she won several prestigious awards for sales. She was most proud of winning the Sales Person of the Year Award in 2009 from the local Board of Realtors.
