Body of the second victim was actually spotted by a homeowner. He hold police he was looking through a window and saw a woman leaning against the tree but she wasnt moving, and when Fairfax Fairfax investigators got here, they indeed confirmed she was dead. It happened in the unfenced yard of this home here at the end of the culdesac. They do not think theres a connection between the victim and the home. What Fairfax County tell us they think it is linked to a homicide that happened in springfield last night. Take a look at this map. The owner dan murphy says the driver was familiar witness dealership they service most emergency vehicles in the area. He believes the driver knew it was a safe place and the closest he would be sure to get help.
