The Town of Arnprior will be looking to use Infrastructure grant money connected to COVID-19 recovery to upgrade two community parks, according to Recreation Director Graeme Ivory.
Ivory says at Caruso Park, a project on the books is being moved forward to become reality in 2021.
The Recreation Director says the recent addition of the Sullivan Rink of Dreams is just the beginning of improvements planned for the property.
In 2021 there will be a new play structure, rubberized play surface and a network of asphalt pathways.
Ivory says what you may have heard about adding a splashpad at Legion Park is still an amenity for someday down the road.
